In 2026, Gretchen completed her Family Constellations training with Marina Toledo at The Hellinger Institute, expanding her offerings to include this powerful systemic healing alongside transformative gong sessions.
Beyond the healing space, she’s a devoted dog mom, yard farmer, classically trained herbalist, national-level powerlifter, and real estate expert, living proof that wholeness thrives in every dimension of life.

Ananda Bologna is a seasoned healing arts practioner with over 26 years of experience and continuous study. Her journey began in 1998 when she met her beloved teacher the living Saint Sri Amritanandamayi who guided her towards Divine love, self-forgiveness, and a deepening experience of unity with all of creation. This encounter inspired Ananda to pursue a career in massage and energy work, leading her to the Atlanta School of Massage in 2000 where she honed her skills. Ananda's passion for helping others led her to work with hospice patients, aiding them in crossing over peacefully. In 2006, she graduated from a certified Breathwork program in Atlanta and furthered her studies with the founder of Rebirthing Breathwork, Leonard Orr. Through these transformative personal and collective experiences, Ananda has deeply embodied the practical, mystical and spiritual elements of the practice, learning from world-renowned teachers along the way. With a focus on personalization and individual needs, Ananda crafts each session to cater to her clients emotionally, spiritually, and physically. In recent years, she has incorporated sound healing into her practice, amplifying the power of Breathwork and enhancing its transformative effects. Ananda is a loving mother to her 19-year-old daughter, Lili, and two magical kitty cats. Her greatest joy lies in holding sacred space for her community, guiding them along their complex and multi-dimensional paths towards self-discovery and authenticity. Through her work, Ananda holds sacred space to assist others to remember who they truly are beyond trauma patterns, societal conditioning and false identifications. She believes it is everyone’s birthright to embody their true divine essence and realize their soul purpose moment to moment.
About Our Offerings
The most potent experiences are when breath and sound are combined. You may choose to work with either modality individually and still have a deep experience. Trust the guidance of your heart on what is right for you. We are here to answer any questions you have about these modalities.
Note that each session starts with a short consultation and intention setting anywhere from 10-25 minutes. The session closes with a share and integration of the experience.
